Tanyel has been a day-to-day manager for 15 years. During this time, she has worked across a breadth of projects and album campaigns.
Tanyel has a particular interest in A&R and facilitates all the recording requirements needed to produce an album.
She then works with the wider team on global campaigns and ensures that the artists needs are met and things run as smoothly as possible.
Also during this time, Tanyel has toured extensively.
