Nike Durosaro is owner of music management & consultancy company Big Drum Entertainment. She is also a former lawyer and accredited Prince2 Project Management Practitioner. She was nominated for “Breakthrough Manager” at the Artist & Manager Awards 2019 and served as a member of the MOBO Awards committee in 2018.

In 2019, Nike was selected as one of 24 emerging managers in the UK to undertake the new MMF Youtube Accelerator Programme. In February 2020, Nike launched a music consultancy service and now offers 1:1 advice sessions to artists and managers on an hourly basis.
