Sínai is an Oslo-born, London-bred singer and songwriter with Eritrean and Ethiopian roots. After having studied in Wolverhampton, Sínai moved back to her home town of London at the age of 19 to pursue a career as a an artist.

A strong background in songwriting, Sínai has worked with artists including Jacob Banks and Norwegian newcomer Fanny Andersen. She most recently co-wrote Arlissa and Jonas Blue’s new hit single Hearts Ain't Gonna Lie.

As a fully independent artist and creative, Sínai is sure to be found in the driver’s seat of her career: she writes and co-produces her own songs, creates her own artworks, and is her own creative director.

After having tested the waters with the anthemic ‘Wicked Ways’ in 2017, Sínai is back with the release of an AA-side single - 'Race Horse' and ‘Drive’.

The Line of Best Fit described ‘Race Horse’ as a “bombastic first glimpse of a different kind of Sínai” and an “earworm-infested treat that does just enough to leave us salivating for more”.

The simultaneous release ‘Drive’ - a song that is “stirring, concise, and lovingly pieced together” as CLASH Magazine put it - sees Sínai matching 80s-tinged electronic pop against lyrics that speak of mistakes and regrets.

With a string of powerful songs geared up for release in 2018, Sínai is set to become your new favourite artist
