Avant-punk queen Nuha has been quietly building a keen live following over the last year with tours alongside Warmduscher and Snapped Ankles, and is now ready to release her debut EP ‘How to Move’ this spring. The EP was produced by Erin Tonkon (David Bowie) and features seven tracks each acting as an individual story joining to paint a larger picture of love, loss, femininity, desire and depression but mostly it’s about growth and what it means to overcome great personal and emotional obstacles. Think Grace Jones colliding headfirst with the Fat White Family and you’d be on the right track.
As well as tours with Snapped Ankles and Warmduscher Nuha has performed alongside the likes of Amyl and the Sniffers, Japanese Television, Bo Ningen, Uncanny Valley, Bambara, Charlie Boyer and more, and appeared on recordings by Flamingods and Warmduscher
