Vogue China named him as the "Rising Newcomer”, his soulful vocal and vulnerable storytelling led to many sold-out Sofar Sounds London shows, amassing 200K+ total streams across all major platforms in just one year, and he has garnered attention from Sam Smith, Gary Barlow, Nicole Scherzinger, and Emeli Sandé.
Musically inspired by strong vocalists such as George Michael and Stevie Wonder, the London-based artist offers a smooth combination of R&B, soul and pop. In his upcoming EP: "Growing Out”, written and performed in English and Mandarin Chinese, Justin opens up about his British-Asian upbringing, the struggles of figuring out and embracing one’s identity, the sad reality of family separation, and the feelings of alienation he has felt as a first- generation immigrant.
