Centered around an annual festival, with special events littered throughout the year, we are addressing health and well being in a comprehensive and creative way that caters for a modern lifestyle - enjoying yourself while taking care of yourself.

Through us you can access mindbody practices like yoga, meditation, tai chi, qigong, pilates and more; sports and fitness; alternative and holistic therapies and treatments; the best in healthy food and drink; arts, culture and entertainment; connection with like-minded others in gatherings large or small; speakers expert in their field from all over the world who can inform and educate us, and links to local, grass roots organisations and community leaders and all of the good they do.

Instructor Natasha guides you with a dynamic free spirit through an approachable energetic flow, focused on sourcing self awareness and inspiration. Believing that yoga can awaken us to the vast capacity of our hearts, minds and spirits, her intention is to empower people to live boldly and authentically. Classes are a combination of enlightening inspiration, graceful movement, alignment and encouragement. Through her flowing sequences and heart centered intention she creates an environment for each student to blossom into his or her greatest expression of each yoga posture, and brightest self.
