DJ Clara B is a Liverpool-based DJ who loves to select and combine music for crowds to shake their tic-tacs to. From classic hip hop sets to funk and soul, and her much beloved house music, the one thing that makes her happy is playing for and interacting with a crowd who are having the time of their lives.
DJ Clara B’s musical influences are widespread and far-flung and after 20 years in the DJ game, she continues to go from strength to strength.
‘After teaching myself to DJ on technics 1210’s in the late 90’s I found it tough going. My dad taught me to never give up and stopped me from selling my decks when it all seemed too much. He told me to follow my dream and never give up and that’s exactly what I’ll teach my children too. My inspiration and drive come from a combination of becoming a DJ in the days when it was such a male dominated industry, and my passion for music in it’s purest form.’
DJ Clara B has played in national and international venues, and is currently playing live shows on the UK festival scene
