Kopparberg x Sound City Promotion Terms and conditions.

By taking part in this promotion you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. We Liverpool Sound City Ltd (“LSC”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. Liverpool Sound City is the promoter of this promotion, which is run in conjunction with Kopparberg UK.
What can you win?
There will be 8 VIP Sound City Festival tickets available to win. There will be at least 1 and up to 2 winners per social channel (Instagram, Twitter & Facebook) who will each win 2 VIP tickets to the Sound City weekend 01/10/21 – 03/10/21 (the “Prize”). Competition winners will be emailed a link to book the tickets with a free code – once Sound City have received winners name & emails.
The Prize may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor is it transferable. The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. Liverpool Sound City has been able to contact winners and has been able to confirm eligibility). Liverpool Sound City has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of Liverpool Sound City. Liverpool Sound City shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), Liverpool Sound City is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.
Who can enter?
Entrants must be aged 16 years or over and a resident of England, Scotland or Wales. LSC reserves the right to ask the winners to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of Liverpool Sound City (https://soundcity.uk.com) or Kopparberg (https://kopparberg.co.uk/) or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. LSC reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.
How to enter
Entrants can enter the competition by liking the Kopparberg x Sound City competition post and tagging +1 of their friends who they would like to attend the festival with on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Internet service providers’ fees may apply when accessing the internet. No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.
By submitting any films or photographs as part of the promotion entrants agree that LSC (and its affiliates) may use any films or photographs uploaded to market and promote the promotion and for general marketing purposes both during the promotion and after the promotion has ended. Entrants will retain ownership of their copyright in such submissions.
Participation is unlimited per person. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
Closing Times
The competition will commence on 22nd September 2021, ending at 11.59pm on Monday 27th September 2021. Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid. All winners will be contacted by end of day Tuesday 28th September 2021.
How are winners selected?
The winners will be chosen randomly by staff at LSC and be decided by who has made a valid entry (liking the post, tagging +1 friends). LSC will use this information to verify how a winner has entered and been chosen. The decision of LSC is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves).
In the event that the winner does not communicate his/her acceptance of the Prize within 2 days despite LSC’ reasonable efforts to contact them, LSC reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will be considered to have waived his/her right to the Prize.
Winners’ Responsibilities
It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) provide accurate contact details; (ii) provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the promotion; (iii) adhere to local laws in the UK; (iv) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser; (v) provide their own travel and accommodation to and from the Festival; and (vi) comply with all government guidance and Festival advice in respect of Covid-19 status required for entry to the Festival (for further information see https://www.soundcity.uk.com/info/faqs) . LSC will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
Note that it is the Winner (and not LSC) responsibility to ensure that they meet all conditions of entry to the Festival as notified by Liverpool Sound City. Under 18s require proof of ID and will be issued a separate wristband. Some late night events and venues are 18+ only. LSC shall not be responsible where an individual is refused entry to any venue which is part of the Festival.
LSC reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
