I Set The Sea On Fire are a 5 piece Indie/Funk band from Sheffield. Formed in 2010 as a 3 piece Rock band, I Set The Sea On Fire have gradually evolved their unique sound, and finally settled on a genre most likely to be described as an offshore oil rig explosion. Combining traditional Indie Rock with elements of Hip Hop, Funk and Grunge, I Set The Sea On Fire have earned their status as THE Alternative band to watch in Sheffield.
